A public space for the community by the community, our 150 acres of outdoor space remain open to the public while Farmhouse construction is underway. By Fall 2026, we will open our doors to an Early Childhood Education Program, a Community Center, a Cafe and Housing.

PVF Forms Partnership with Rutland County Parent Child Center
RCPCC will open an Early Childhood Education Program once construction is finished on the Farmhouse—Spring, 2026. Get all the details in The Reporter, Vermont Digger, and on WCAX.
PVF Receives $450,000 from the Community Recovery and Revitalization Program
Gov. Scott announced on January 11th that we are one of 40 projects in the forth and final round of funding. With this grant, PVF has now raised $2.5 million of the estimated $3.5 million for the full restoration of the Farmhouse. Read this wonderful Mountain Times article for more information.
